PIZZA RATIO STORY...
Phil decided he wanted to get pizza delivered the other night. I tried to change his mind, but eventually yielded to his strong request, since it was a holiday. He just added that it wasn't a strong request. It seemed like it was to me! (Now we are arguing about what really went down.) Anyway, I suggested that we share a large pizza (with each of us picking what toppings we wanted on half), as opposed to our usual 2 medium pies. My intention was to eat less. We waited our 30 minutes (of course we were overly hungry an hour before we even ordered the pizza), & it arrived with that enticing smell, as the pizza made its way into our kitchen. As soon as I opened the box, things went downhill quick. I had never seen a pizza cut so unevenly "in half", in his favor of course. We each had 4 slices (pepperoni for him, & green pepper/mushroom for me), but his pieces were gigantic & mine were tiny. Maybe he called back when I was in the bathroom & tipped them extra to do it that way haha! So out of fairness, I figured the only solution was to steal one of his pieces. He still is looking at me now with an angry face. Don't you think I did the right thing??? Survey says...

PHIL'S NEW WHEELS!
Phil recently got a new car; I must say that it looks quite good on him! (You can ask him about it when you see him. He jazzed it up with a few things.) We were out driving in it the other day, & Phil had the air conditioning on. It was a beautiful, sunshiny day... so I asked him to turn off the AC so we could put the windows down, & get fresh some air. His response? "But then my hair will get messed up!" Isn't it usually the ladies who have that concern?
(Can you tell that we are trying to make things more interactive? Hehe.)

Here is where we get to pick on our readers (instead of each other!)
Since we moved at the end of December, we have had a neighborhood cat spending lots of time at our garden house. His name is Jasper; we call him Jaspurrrrrr! He is calling out Will haha! We posted pics of this precious kitty on FB... look on our wall. Japsurrrrr has a message for Will, "I am not a Flame Point Siamese; my eyes are green. And I have the trademark "M" on my forehead, which shows that I am a Tabby Cat. The "M" also shows that I am related to Mindia haha!"

You can usually find us at the Clubhouse in Placentia (formerly the Atomic) on the 3rd Saturday of each month at the CCR Dance. We will teach two Intermediate classes: 6:45pm CLASS STYLE TBA & 7:25pm WEST COAST SWING (Must know your basics; no partner needed). There is usually a theme & treats! (There are also Beginner classes.) Open Dancing is a mix of music. FIRST TIMERS FREE (except on a few special occasions).

COST: $20, or $15 for SoCal Christian Dance Club Members. Membership is only $20 for the entire year.
* All of our classes are drop-in (some do run in a series). No partner needed for any of our classes. No prior dance experience needed for Beginner classes. Two left feet are welcomed; we will introduce you to your right foot! (Phil wanted credit for that last comment.)
* Once you have moved up from our Beginner level classes to Intermediate and then later Advanced, you are welcome to continue taking our Beginner classes for FREE! We want to encourage you to continue working on your basics; that is most important to develop a strong foundation. The best dancers usually are the ones who have worked on their basics for years. When you keep taking Beginner classes, you are also helping the new students to progress faster, since they get to rotate & dance with more experienced dancers.
