THE PLACE TO BE: INTERMEDIATE WCS Workshop at 7pm tomorrow at our 1st Saturday Event! (But the fun kicks off at 4pm with usual Intermediate Country 2-Step Workshop; Int. Nightclub 2-Step at 6pm.) Phil threw down the challenge last month in the workshop. He has his sock plan picked out, & a back-up plan as well. Determined to get those free dance shoes!

FLORIDA FAMILY ADVENTURE!
Phil & I recently went to visit my Dad & brother in Florida; Boca Raton, Deerfield Beach, & Pompano Beach areas. Some highlights... My Dad learned what a selfie was. We had some great meals, shopping & dancing! Over the years, I have witnessed the WCS communities grow. Such a difference, even from ten years ago. Very inspiring. Let us know if you are visiting the area for venue info! We also had a fun get together with old family friends the Sheintochs. And we saw a gigantic rainbow while driving one day. Miracles abound. Phil adds that he loved finding cool little breakfast spots some mornings before going to the gym. (Yes, he worked out on his vacation. That's because he was strolling at the beach shirtless Lol!) See the CALL YOU OUT section below for one other highlight. Thanks Dad & Russ for another memorable adventure. Love you guys.
GOODBYE PARTY FOR MARYANN HIGGINS: THURSDAY, FEBRUARY 9th: WESTCHESTER ELKS LODGE (Playa Del Rey).
We are sad to be losing a fabulously fun lady; Mary Ann will be moving back to the east coast very soon. She will be missed. Come out for last goodbyes, & one last dance!
CRAZY CAT LADY... OR CRAZY CAT GUY???
Phil thinks that I have become a crazy cat lady, since adopting Jasper Cat. It's true that much of my attention these days is on cat stuff. But now when Phil goes out on errands, he often brings me home cat themed gifts (See pic posted on FB). Such as... gloves, socks, a hat, shirts, mugs, a bowl, a pen, notepads, a pillow, a vase, stickers, stamps, & the list goes on. In a way he has become my enabler haha! We are looking at Jasper right now, across from us, sleeping peaceful on top of the couch. Precious pose number 3,592!

Here is where we get to pick on our readers, instead of each other haha!
While we were on our trip in Florida, we went WCS dancing at the famous Gold Coast Ballroom. Phil is calling out one of the ladies who watched us dance WCS. After we finished, she told Phil how impressed she was with his styling; I was leading. She said that Phil was a "sexy follower!" But then she told me that I got the credit, since I was the one leading everything Lol!

We have two DVDs available, Beginner & Intermediate WCS. You can purchase them with a credit card in person (cash or check is fine also),or through our web store! More info about payment & options under Highlights.
PUNCH CARDS
We have punch cards available for purchase: ten classes for $100 w/ the eleventh class FREE! Punch cards do not expire. We do take credit cards in person or through our web-store.

* We are available for PRIVATE LESSONS throughout the week; contact us to schedule. You get a $5 discount per DVD when you do a private.

Payment & Options: Dance DVSs are $35 each (plus tax if credit card payment). Credit card payments are available in person, (or cash or check in person is fine also), or through our web store. If order your DVDs through our website, you have the option to click the "pick up at class" option (to avoid shipping charges), or you can have them shipped.

* All of our classes are drop-in (some do run in a series). No partner needed for any of our classes. No prior dance experience needed for Beginner classes. Two left feet are welcomed; we will introduce you to your right foot! (Phil wanted credit for that last comment.)
* Once you have moved up from our Beginner level classes to Intermediate and then later Advanced, you are welcome to continue taking our Beginner classes for FREE! We want to encourage you to continue working on your basics; that is most important to develop a strong foundation. The best dancers usually are the ones who have worked on their basics for years. When you keep taking Beginner classes, you are also helping the new students to progress faster, since they get to rotate & dance with more experienced dancers.
